Fatigue
How to help it. Sleep makes my more fatigued. Rest makes my sleepy. Suggestions?

Exercise has helped me a lot. Whenever my fatigue is out of whack, I give it 110% in a workout after work (I push myself to do it even though I'm exhausted, which is the extra 10% :P). I usually do it at home after work, around 5-6 pm, and usually that evening, I crash into bed, and my sleep is much more refreshing. I also considered I might have sleep apnea so I got tested for that. It happened to to be my problem, but that might also be an avenue.
