When I get head pressure it's usually related to atmospheric pressure changes, a new high or low pressure system moving in where I live. This is just something I've noticed in myself and with my environment, nothing medically proven.

I always never really given an option on meds to be taken, maybe just options on what I wanted, daily injections, weekly..and when that didn’t work I went to an oral med, and now an IV infusion
