Tingly arms
Hi. I am suffering with tingly arms from elbows down and heat radiating to fingers in my left hand. Does this sound like an MS thing? I do have ms but been symptom free for years.

Tingly arms, and fingers, buzzing legs and a general loss of touch sensation or understanding temperature is a constant for me (and the symptom that led to diagnosis) so certainly could be. However don’t count out stress, I thought it was that for a long time.
Very possibly MS, yes. I have found it interesting that MS pain hits from both elbows down and basically knees downward. For me, it has been equal sensation on both sides. I would certainly contact your doctor for a neuro-checkup. I hope you get relief. I also have found that stress of different types can bring on an immediate boost in my discomfort.
