Any fellow equestrians?

Is there any guys or girls with horses here? How do you manage your MS with having horses? I've always coped Preety well and I think they kinda help me to be honest, they're therapy for me! Be nice to meet some horsey MSers ☺️🐎 I also have a small animal sanctuary, I rescue small farm animals, pigs, chickens, ducks, cats ect.. they are my medicine.

thats pretty cool keep stuck with your hoarse some say th ats kinda a physical therapy to you. keep strong :))

Thankyou! It's definitely a physical therapy. my medical team suggested I stop riding, that just made me determined to keep going, I bought another horse not long after 😂 he's 3 now but when hes old enough to be ridden he's going to be sent off for training by a Paralympic rider that has MS! 😊
