Cool baths 🙂
Felt so ill recently especially with the heat so just had a 10 minute coldish bath. It actually worked feel so much better.

I’ve started taking cold showers again recently. I started last summer and I felt great for a few hours in the morning. Unfortunately I stopped but I’m trying again. I was inspired by the Wim Hof method. That includes ice baths and breath work.
Hi. The problem called heat sensitivity. I live in Australian so I have to be cearful of this. I keep a wet cloth in the fridge all the time so I can put them around my neck if I get to hot. The best way to cool down is from the inside so cool drinks. Hope this helps Ian
