Hello Jupiter, I can assure you that you are not alone getting tremors. I have SPMS and often experience tremors mainly in my left knee / leg which is not only uncomfortable for me it seems to make other people (strangers) feel uncomfortable to be close by when it happens. Having no control over one of your limbs as I'm sure you will agree is a very strange feeling. Welcome to the group!!

I used to have frequent tremors until my doctor asked me to try drinking indian tonic water. My tremors have reduced significantly.
