Exercise/gym membership on NHS
Has anyone been prescribed exercise classes or gym membership for their MS on the NHS?

No, but I was offered this when I complained to the GP that dieting wasn't shifting my weight. As I was already a gym club member I declined - and when I saw a different GP and mentioned weight loss, she said I wouldn't qualify for either gym membership or meds because I wasn't fat enough! So unless you're obese, I wouldn't hold out much hope for an NHS freebie!
Thanks for that info. Interesting how the NHS decides where to spend money. I suppose they believe they'll save money in the long term by giving obese people free gym membership, but rather unfair on those whose illness is lifelong and NOT determined by bad lifestyle choices.
