Hi.

Hi. Had a Cervical MRI scan. Seeing consultant on 15th. Does any one know what posterior linear suggestive signs of myelopathy at high signal T2. This does not appear to be related to MS as my LP was clear or is it????????. I thought LP would be positive if it was a spinal cord lesion. Any guys know. Thanks

@jolea , I looked up the term of Myelopathy. "Myelopathy is an injury to the spinal cord due to severe compression that may result from trauma, congenital stenosis, degenerative disease or disc herniation. The spinal cord is a group of nerves housed inside the spine that runs almost its entire length." So, it may be that they are looking at a more physical problem...........

Interesting. Thank you
