The cold is getting to my hands
It's so cold this winter my hands are developing chiblains. Anyone experience this before? Its my first time and it's after receiving treatment.

Every winter I always have it and I double my gloves but it’s inefficient, the extremities of my fingers are in pain when i stay in the cold weather waiting for the bus. Before it wasn’t like that. But for the past few years I have been struggling and I have no idea what to do. If there is a specific gloves I must wear.
@Laure As horrible as it is, it's nice to know I'm not the only one experiencing it. Just learnt that you shouldn't heat your hands up with hot water. I'm not one for hot drinks but find myself having them just to hold the mug haha
