Anyone have any advice or solutions for extremely painful foot cramps?

I get extremely painful foot cramps that come and go like contractions. Any advice? It happens randomly but almost always when I’m driving😩

Hi, I have RR Ms for 23 years now.. I had painful foot cramps until three month ago when I changed my diet, following the blood tipe Dr Mozzi diet it is helping a lot, more energy, no more pain.. Have a look if you want.. Magnesium for cramps helps anyway. Good luck.

@joseph Thank You! I will definitely give that a try. Blood type diet sounds very interesting. I will definitely check into that!
