Swollen and very painful feet and ankles

For the past 3 weeks my feet and ankles have swollen and very painful, I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced that and if so have you any advice how to help them.

Hello Dawn, go and see your GP just in case there is something else going on. I had that but for me it happened because I also have a blood disease and I sit in a wheelchair. I would suggest to improve your blood circulation gently rub your calves, wear compression stockings and eat some, beets, cranberries or pomegranates. I wish you the best of luck Anouk.
