Worsening symptoms
Hiya I really need help on what to do for the last few days I have worsening and new symptoms which I am petrified of what's happening and if this could be a sign of a relapse and I don't know what to do 💔

Hi I know this is easier said than done but try not to stress out as stress can heighten any symptoms you normally get also it would be a good idea to talk to yr ms nurse or yr doctor as it could be something as simple as a viral that’s just making things seem worse there is no right or wrong thing to do .do what puts yr mind at ease take care x
@Mandy13 thank you so so so much and I finally realised and looked into it and with out of hours they did mention it's highly likely down to the humidity because of where it's really bad where I live but thank you so much and take care x
