Oh my lord

This heat is a killer my left foot is 3x bigger then normal.... do anyone else get this
@Karen51

This happens in the cold weather for me. My right foot turns purple and constantly feels like an ice cube. My doctor told me to do things to keep it moving. I wear compression stockings and always wear warm socks/slippers or shoes in the cold weather. I do ankle twists while I'm sitting, and I get up and walk frequently being sure to engage all of the nerves. Step on your heel first and rock it all the way to your toes. I learned that in physical therapy. I also massage it. Mine is not a circulation problem. It is a nerve problem where the electrical impulses are blocked from getting there. The temperature of the environment affects us in different ways. Many people have exacerbated symptoms in the heat. Mine exacerbate in the cold. You might try wearing compression socks to keep the swelling down. And massage it to keep your brain aware that your foot is there and needs attention. Anything to keep the nerves firing as much as possible.
