Drink
So I have never been a big drinker but with Christmas coming I am a little nervous about having a drink in case it flares up my ms anyone else been like this and how was you drinking I know everyone is different

Soon after I became T total I got MS. I've drank with MS but I know people who have and they've said that irritated to their symptoms but not affected the long-term condition.
Alcohol is literally a poison that has zero benefits whatsoever ever. It messes with your brain which we don't need any more of. Cut it out completely.
