Hi, I went for a deep tissue massage on Friday and waited until Saturday to feel the affect. Everything seemed to have worked, except my calf muscles. So, I put on my tens machine. Solely on my calves for an hour and a half. It worked wonders. I will stick to the tens machine fir my calves. And the rest if my body can be pummeled by a human. Go investment if you haven't got one. And you don't have to buy an expensive one. I didn't.
