What does it mean a hidden case of ms ?

My dr said they are going to watch me closely because they couldn’t find enough evidence of ms anywhere but my brain to give me a diagnosis of ms but my symptoms aren’t stopping and I’ve been convinced for a year that ms is the only thing it could be now they say it could be a hidden case or it could be just headaches not sure as to what to do how can I not have the disease but have the symptoms? Just ranting no need to respond really

Just to let you all know I’m not giving up just a little bit annoyed

@Stumbler

@dalebrooks , you have every right to feel a bit annoyed. It's frustrating when our bodies play up, but in a way that defies the Doctors. Unfortunately, our bodies are complicated and the Doctor's tests do not give a full and comprehensive picture. So, they can't' confirm anything and have to adopt a "wait and see" approach, until something else happens, which allows them to categorically make a diagnosis. So, acknowledge that there's nothing more you can do now and just get on with living your life. Just be aware of your body and record and report any weird or strange feelings.
