Vitamin D supplier
I’m looking at Vitamin D and have been advised 5000iu minimum. Any recommendations for UK based suppliers?
There are so many websites and I’m always suspicious of whether they’re of any quality.
Thanks R

@rachel_wright , you can get 101 different answers to your question. I personally use http://www.troohealthcare.com/p-839-vitamin-d3-5000iu-365-capsules.aspx , but there are many others. Just check that they're regulated and conform to UK standards.
@rachel_wright and @stumbler My GP has me on a 200iu prescription a day for vit D but she is willing to up if I need more after a test. It's called Calsi D. I've also been prescribed folic acid as well and I'm a bloke.... hope she's not expecting for me to get pregnant 😀 then I might think about changing my GP 😀
