Over Heating
Does anybody else suffer badly from over heating. When it is hot my body just doesn’t want to walk. Recently I’ve had a virus and my temperature was higher than normal and that also effected my walking ability. Hot drinks do the same as well as hot showers. Hoping I am not alone with this crappy symptom
That isn't one of my biggies but I understand it affects many. I suffer more from cold, I think and spasticity... I have found that Dr Boster explains many symptoms and DMTs very well...just watching his one on heat and hopefully it explains it for you...you certainly are not alone! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AD3b48MU7X8 Mostly I think the fix is to avoid it...there are even cooling vests and other methods to avoid overheating...I just try to keep myself out of that situation and living where I do that is usually pretty easy ;-) When we built our new house I made sure I had a nice little spot for a little soaking tub...I fill it quickly with hot or cold water as needed to immerse myself quickly!
