Thanks for posting this. Stress, at least for me now, is one of the biggest factors in how I fell on any given day. When I let stress get to me, as I always do, I notice a huge difference in my symptoms. If I get stressed my walking severely declines and my other symptoms get much worse immediately. I hope this article can help me manage my stress better.
