Leg muscle spasms

Hi I get severe muscle spasms in my legs that they go straight out and lock. I have had bacloflen, tinzidine etc and nothing works and no doc can do anything. Any suggestions as they r so painful

hi i have ppms i have the same thing they lock so bad you cant move or do anything keep calm dont worry to much it will make them worse this works for me and i spend less time stiff and its just thinking of it going away and thinking of moving each leg a bit at a time. i have tried all them tablets i dont take any of them now they dont seem to work. it may not help as we all have it different hope it does

Hey mark thanks. I try not to move but that sucks. I even tried pot pills from my doc that doesn't work. The ms wouldn't b so bad if it werent for the spasms. They make me wheeze when it happens
