Last night when I was working, I noticed several times when I would put weight on my left leg to walk or stand, my left knee felt like it might keep bending past the straight position, and I would get a twinge in my knee. I hope i explained that correctly, it felt like my knee was going to keep bending backwards, a strange feeling. Was this an example of spacicity in the leg?
