Hug and possible trigerminal myalgia.

Hey ...35 yr old male ... I'm struggling with 2 possible symptoms .. Fullness feeling in the ears along with hearing a nerve ( like a rumbling in the ear ) if something as little as a breese touches either sides of my face. Ive been referred by online doctors to see a private specialist . All I got was.." we need to keep an eye on this " .. my MS nurse instantly mentioned trigerminal myalgia. If this is the case ..what do i do to calm the sensation down? I also get what I think is "the hug" tight feelings around the chest , sometimes twitches...same rumbling feeling if something touches my chest. Does putting something tight around the chest help? both are not painful..but they are very distracting and get me down. Thanks.

If it’s trigmenal neuralgia i suffer with that. But I don’t get a rumbling feeling I just get a very painful face where even doing nothing with nothing touching my face hurts like hell. I find if I put a heat pack on where it hurts it slightly eases the pain for a while. Xx

@jadeshelley I can't imagine what the pain would feel like..is it on both sides? Mines just an annoying rumbling sound like the nerve is going crazy. I had a good think about what could be setting mine off. I wear over-ear headphones when chilling out at home, I guess that's going to set it off. I wear a helmet at work..not sure how I'm going to get around that one!
