Foot drop

When I'm busy doing errands in summer, this is when I wind up tripping. It isn't really an issue otherwise..Has anyone experience this?

@jeanne_wolniewicz , given what you've said, you have two issues going against you:- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/uhthoffs-phenomenon ; and https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/foot-drop . We can't do that much about hot weather, but there may be some relief from the Foot Drop. Primarily, you need a referral to a Neuro-physiotherapist, They may or may not refer you onto an orthotist.
