@peggy_volpe , everybody has a day when we want to feel sorry for ourselves.

That’s OK we all carry a huge burden, and your burden is phenomenal. So, have a duvet day, break out the chocolate and treat yourself.

Then, tomorrow, get up refreshed and continue with life. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Wow- that’s a lot you are battling. You have to realize that! and give yourself some credit. I honestly don’t know if I could push myself through it and people say I have a lot of spunk ๐Ÿ˜‰

One of the things I have done is have things on my list that take different strengths. One thing may be very physical (to a person like me with limitations!) like go outside and do some weeding or go to the horse barn and clean some tack. Other things may be more cerebral like clean the clutter from my desk or resolve some issue like that while another task will be more creative like getting a scrapbook done or play piano.

By having a variety of options that are very different there is likely something I can take on and do. That will make me feel like I’m moving forward and give me the strength to look at something else on the list.

There are also days when I just look at the list and say -nope, not doing it and pick up the book and settle into a really comfortable position ;-0 I have to give myself those breaks too. Usually after an hour of that I look at the list again and realize there is something that I could do today. Even if it is just a call to get things moving forward. Good luck in your battles…thanks for sharing what we all feel sometimes so we get some more tips on how everyone handles days like this
