I get it as well! I feel that I get pins and needles when I’m fighting some kind of infection or I haven’t had enough sleep.

@margaret_short_kinsella yep, sounds like my feet August – Dec last year 🙁 and was part of what led to my diagnosis. They were tingling, hot, had pins and needles, felt as if I was walking on gravel and that I had cotton wool wedged between my toes. Oh and as if someone was giving them Chinese burns (are we allowed to say that anymore?) And at one point I couldn’t even tell if water was hot or cold on my right foot. It all went away apart from the cotton-wool-between-toes feeling, but the numbness and ‘dead’ feeling came back again a couple of weeks ago. Am hoping it fades away again as it’s driving me mad. I find wearing socks helps, especially in bed. Also freeze gel soothes them a bit when they are hot.

PS @stumbler – great link, thanks, just read it. Am now attempting to order my brain to send the correct info to my feet via another pathway 😉 let’s see if it works
