Change in weather aching joints

I have found this week as the temperature has dropped my knees have began to start aching. If I sit on the sofa with a blanket on my knees it gets much better. Does anyone else experience this and do you have any advice? Thanks

Yes, yes, yes! Ugh! I think my aching joints are related to my Vitamin D deficiency.

I’m pretty sure it’s related to the weather as I’m taking enough vitamin D . I take cod liver oil too but unconvinced it works. It feels like I need to give my knees a squirt of oil to lubricate them🛢️

@laura-forde
I’ve had to ditch my kilt….
Tartan blankets are always draped over my legs.
I’m only 50 not 150 which is what I feel like.

The kids and I are fighting over this fleecy blanket I got from Costco last year.

I’ve felt this too but in my hands. Feel quite stiff and slow moving compared to the warmer months. Hand warmers and a hot water bottle helps

I find that as autumn hits and all through winter my ankles are freezing to the point of unbearable. Have bought some heat saver leg warmers. They work at heating up my ankles but still have the awful ache, cold or hot. I sometimes really hate my legs. I bundle myself on the sofa with multiple heating items like an old lady!

My feet aren’t too bad it’s the knees. I might see if you can get some kind of warmer thing.
