Bowel question-

I really hate to broach this subject, but for those of you that have bowel incontinence do you always feel it coming, or does it sometimes take you by surprise? Thank you.

@laurianne25 I kinda go from oops then 30 second warning to 3 or 4 days of I have to but can't. It's all fun and games this malarkey.

@highlander, Hi! I usually have the opposite where I have to go but cant push it out totally. I usually never have the other issue, but the last couple days... You're right, this is Malarky!!
