Swallowing and choking

I’m just entering the crap gap and things are beginning to get worse or return. Swallowing is complicated and I’m getting upset. I hear from many people that their swallowing is tricky, that they (like me) seem to breathe in too soon and choke, or swallow saliva the wrong way and choke, or whatever....

Moving from Gilenya to Mavenclad

Packing for Hols/Vaca #MSUnfiltered

So like many I have the pesky bladder and bowels issue. Going on a cruise and starting to buy my supplies . Going for one week and I am going to pack 4 packs of disposable underwear..... figure I'd feel safer over packing then under 😉 #MSUnfiltered
