Canthe sleep cause of cold feet : (help!
Who else suffers from cold feet? The radiators are on full, I've got loads of thermal socks on and electric blanket but feet still feeling cold. What else can I do cause I can't go to sleep ?

Hmmm the problem is your feet are either not really cold or cold because your brain is receiving or sending the wrong messages. So all the socks etc. In the world won't help. I sometimes find it helpful to have a shower and slowly increase the heat on my feet. Just make sure you don't burn your feet. Probably best to speak with your ms nurse to see what she suggests medication wise. I found amitriptyline has helped with sensory problems. They may not get rid of the symptom completely but they helped me sleep through it at least.
Hi bubbly85. My feet are the same and I'm also trying to figure it out. I saw my gp and asked him and he said my pulse was good in my feet and my ms nurse that arteries and veins are in the automatic nerve side the same as breathing and such. So I'm baffled, I'll keep trying to figure it out and if you have any luck let me know.
