Hey everyone I’ve not posted for a while as everthing has been not too bad. Recently my bowel movements have been weired, it’s as if I can’t finish empty my bowels at once n its a bout 5 times in a row in a short space of time and I would say a good amount each time with no cause of concern just the frequency 🤷‍♀️ I’ve tried medication to slow down my gut which sometimes doesn’t work as well as it use to at times, just not ideal with working in a school needing to constantly go to the toilet. Any one got any tips to help xxx
