Little happy yap

So, this is my first post here. Small background, I've been diagnosed ab a year and a half ago, when i came to the ER with full left side hemiparesis and then my second flare had me unable to speak, write or type (since then I've been on Tecfidera). Recovery was quick in both cases, since I'm highly active and I'm quite knowledgeable on how neuroplasticity works, and I'm an actress so my stubborn ass couldn't loose the thing I love most. About two weeks ago, I decided to push my limits a little- got into hip hop freestyle class. I've been going twice a week ever since, and today I had a little moment of, "fuck ye, eat that MS, we're doing this and we're slaying at it" I'm curious, what is a little or big moment in y'all's lives that made you go, "eat that MS"? :)) 🫶🏼 let's make this a hopeful thread of wins in our lives

Love your mindset! I decided after being diagnosed with this lovely disease that I wasn’t going to take my body for granted. If I am able to walk & use my legs then I’m going to use them. I signed up for a 10k last year & I am no runner. I have mini physical goals for myself. I’m trying to learn how to do a handstand & be able to do one pull up, which is hard af btw. I’m learning to love myself more, take myself out on dates.
