My neurologist said any new symptom that lasts 48 hrs or longer is a sign of a relapse and I need to report it to them.
@volcom1030...what @msalec said is 100% correct. However, to drop it even lower to our "streets level" - negative symptom that lasts more than 2 days (48 hours) and has a negative impact on the Quality of your life. If the symptom is severe (can't no longer walk properly, tremors or eye problems) the neurologist may have you take a 7 days treatment of corticosteroids to tame the relapse. Good Luck!
