Being thankful
Looking back at your MS story, what’s one thing are you grateful for?
Me: I am grateful for my family who supports me daily in the MS struggle.
I’ve had MS for more than 20 years.
I am also grateful to this community where I learn from my brothers and sisters on how to best deal with this monster (MS).

For the life lessons i learned because i had to. How to slow down and be resilient. Medatation in nature. The pause, and choice. I’m 15 year dx. Gratitude for the life before. I choose get better not bitter
For me, my diagnosis occurred when our friend was terminally ill from a neurological disorder ( brainstem was disintergrating). It put things into perspective. My husband and I renewed our wedding vows for our 25th Anniversary, and had our friends along with us, ensuring we were able to transfer him into the pool from his rented scooter etc. It was a lovely last cruise together ( he passed away last July). It had made me grateful to do things while I can, when I can. I say yes to things, even if I don’t like it, to make memories and have adventures.
