@Hi everyone , new to this , just joined today. First diagnosed in 2008, managed well until about 4 years ago. Most recently this awful disease is trying to take my legs and I just need people to talk to who understand how soul destroying it can be to be honest. Talking to friends and family helps but they don’t understand , no matter how much they try to 😥. on Shift.ms

I've had ms now for 3 years but it has taken my leg and I hated that I couldn't walk anywhere but stay strong I thought that I would never end up in a wheelchair to go to the shops but it as give me my independence back

@vjm028 welcome.. I myself can't talk to anyone but to my fellow ms friends on here... we that has this horrible disease can understand each other and help each other... if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask anyone on here I'm sure one of us would have an answer... and my symptoms do take out my legs almost damn near kill3d me ... not fun but I do this as much as I can is to do leg exercises you can do them sitting down or standing up either way is comfortable for you...
