Hi, I’ve been on kesimpta almost 2 years. First dose was rough - I won’t lie! Shivers & shakes, & I threw up. Slept it off, took things gently the next day & it’s been fine every time since! Seems to vary a lot depending on the individual. My nurse told me to drink plenty of water when I take it & that does make a difference. Good luck!
