Vitamin D

Hi everyone. Recently I had a blood test done and was tested for vitamin d. My vitamin d level is at 14. Is there any certain type of vitamin you guys maybe take to help you raise your vitamin d levels. Please let me know it would of great help:)

Since diagnosed been on vitamin d3. Started at 1k units then few months later upped to 5k units and 6 months after that when I had next blood test raised it to 6000 units. Been taking that daily for over a year now. I just take natures made pills. Can get them off Amazon

Hi, mine was low as well when I was first diagnosed, I was advised to take 4000IU a day of Vitamin D3 there’s loads of amazon I use weightworld currently.
