Night sweats and shoulder pain

Hi all, I was diagnosed with MS in December of 2025. I have recently been having night sweats and should pain on my weak side which is my left side. Does anyone else have these problems and is there anything that helps? I do take tylonel but it barely touches the pain in my shoulder. Any feedback would be much appreciated

I had pain between my shoulder blades and they gave me low dose of Amitriptyline 10mg and they pain is gone.
