Cold intolerance

Does anyone else have cold intolerance? How are you handling it and is it tolerable or intolerable for you? I was in the middle of an MS diagnoses about two years ago. I have lesions on my brain and my spine, they told me I had MS. They said they wanted me to get an MRI after 6 months to see if they changed shape or size and then we'd discuss what type of MS I had and what my treatment options were. I freaked out and never went back. My symptoms went away after a while. Now it's been 2 years and they're starting to come back. So I've decided when my health insurance kicks on in March that will be going back to get a second opinion and a definitive answer and treatment plan. In the meantime I am struggling with cold intolerance pretty bad. (As well as other things like my hands and my feet burning, random bouts of crying,my balance, joint pain, hand tremors, etc 🙄) My partner keeps the house at 70, even at 70 I'm wearing 3 shirts a heated vest a beanie 2 pairs of pants and 2 pairs of socks and under 6 blankets and still shivering and absolutely miserable. No I do not have thyroid issues and no I am not anemic. Looking to see if anyone else struggles and how do you get through the winter?

Totally ... even after diagnosis I was a cold water swimmer ... regular at the beach in winter BUT now I just can't ... I'd rather cry than go in and even once I'm in I'm now miserable and cold for days 🥹
