So, Ive posted a few times before on here but I have been dealing with chronic migraines since 2022/2023 and it wasn’t until January of this year I was able to get an MRI done. My previous primary care doctor had called and mentioned I needed another one because there were 2 lesions and he had wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. Well, they had stopped taking my insurance and I had to find a new primary care doctor immediately. My 23rd birthday (March 2nd) I had two drinks while out at a dinner with friends and the following morning woke up with double vision. I had thought because I’d lost a bit of weight that I may have been just hungover or exhausted (I lost 80lbs at the time) well by March 9th my vision hadn’t gotten any better and my blood pressure was dangerously low so I called for an ambulance and while there I was told that I had 8 new lesions and one of them were the reason behind my vision doubling. SINCE March 14th however, I have been in and out of doctors offices/appointments and FINALLY I start Kesimpta this upcoming Monday! WOOHOO!!! I’m praying to God that I find some relief with this journey, but I know regardless that I will be okay. (: I hope everyone elses day has been good!
