By asking one of the (suposidly) young female European members who come on here telling you your profile picture looks good 😉😂. Before I report them to the mods as scammers that is. 😡 More seriously tho, I guess try and get involved with MS or similar disability groups ideally in person if not online where you can meet like for like people.

I felt like this but I went on fb dating and was open on there and I found several men who had MS too on there and my now husband (someone I'd not seen since school) messaged me and we talked and dated and after few months he proposed and we r married now and very happy. My feeling is that the right person will come along when it's time and just be open with people so they know you have it. A lot of people won't be used by it but the ones who are you won't waste your time on. Let who you are as a person shine and they can make their mind up.
