Just wondering if anyone knows like foods you should most definitely avoid vs whats good to eat having ms

Healthy fats nuts and seeds raw. No sugar no processed foods no fried foods no dairy no eggs no breads or pasta unless veggies and green teas herbal teas turmeric and ground black pepper and herbs and spices fruits and vegetables and real whole foods and juices cayenne pepper and Ceylon cinnamon real sugar free smoothies and juices not from concentrate preferably homemade local raw honey organic lions mane shiitake and oyster and reishi mushrooms as organic and responsibly sourced as possible real extra Virginia olive oil mct oil and others coconut milk and water
