Fasting is the key
I started intermittent fasting a few months after my diagnosis,my diet switched to heavy on the veggies,and i run away from any stressfull people and situations ,i work out and keep a positive outlook,at this point no one even beleives i have m.s,i do not know if everyones outlook is the same ,a bit of advice ,your brain has to create a new neural pathway for new information,keep your mind just as busy as your body .make the m.s catch up to your life.its not in charge!
Like it, using as well intermittent fasting and diet. Very efficient
