SSDI Denial Again
I have been fighting for SSDI for five years now, and I keep getting denied. At the last court hearing, their vocational expert straight out said that there was no job that I can do, yet they denied me. Then the appeal, they denied me again. I do have a lawyer, but I'm losing my will to fight anymore. I am so depressed. Any advice?

I am sorry that your having to face this hurdle. Without knowing more details on your ms symptoms and physical/cognitive issues, it’s hard to offer specific advise. A few things that I found that helped me get approved. Btw it took me three attempts to get approved over 18 months. Are you working right now? Hopefully not and have shown written proof how may jobs you been let go from due to ms. Have your doctors signed off and support ur decision? Have you had any cognitive testing done to show independent proof of cognitive struggles? Do u use a cane, walker or wheelchair? If so it’s always better to show up in front of a ssd judge with them and make sure someone else drives you. I wish you all the best on your ms journey.
@msalec I am not working and haven't worked since December of 2020. My doctor's have signed off and support my decision. I have not been asked to do any cognitive testing. I also do use a cane and have taken it to court.
