pain?
does anyone have constant lower back ache. when walking, bending, moving certain ways? dunno if it’s the ms or just me being me? if so what do you take for pain relief? paracetamol and ibuprofen just aren’t cutting it

Yes I do, I don't know what I do is the right thing but this is what gets me through. A tense machine, getting family members to massage my back, ibuprofen gel on the area, and when laying down raising my legs x
