Just thought I’d share my (very new) experience of kesimpta as has been so helpful reading about others. I was diagnosed in mid December and had a nasty relapse that landed me in hospital for 2 weeks. Just had my first dose of kesimpta yesterday - injection was fine, then ~3hrs later I started to feel the flu like symptoms. Then I had really bad leg pains (8/10 pain - almost like very bad period pains but in my leg muscles/bones/joings) and headache for about 2hrs, then it stopped! Had a very restful night’s sleep and have felt well today. Shall give an update after my second dose - will hopefully be straight forward. The last couple of months have been so hard and this has been a real test of resilience but definitely feeling very fortunate to be diagnosed in a time when there seem to be effective treatments. 🤞🤞🤞
