Items for MS

Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone had good ideas for purchases that would improve my quality of life or help me improve it! Vitamins, products, books, everything is appreciated!
@Mondaygirl22

I like the Ann Romney book , I listened to it on a free library app called Hoopla. It was a audiobook.😊 A little bit of it’s boring when she talks about her husband running for president but most of it’s pretty good. It’s a little older. I mean she’s had it for a bit. There’s even a hospital in Boston named after her now only for MS and Alzheimer’s ALS that kind of stuff everybody says vitamin D3 with K2. I take 5000 a day but if they said your vitamin D is low I’m sure they told you to take some. I take magnesium glycinate for my legs. I take a oil supplement for my stomach and I love garlic so I take a garlic vitamin that helps the cramping in my feet as well but you’re young so I’m hoping you don’t have all that yet, but you could take the vitamins if you’d like there’s lots of diet books but don’t listen to them that they’re healed because of their diet. They all receive treatments, so don’t believe that lie. The best thing to do is to get treatment and eat a healthy diet. There’s the best bet diet. I believe he did stem cell treatment and he does a lot of other stuff. That’s why he’s still selling the books to help him with his like red light therapy and massages and all that stuff there’s the Terry wahls, there’s a few more if you Google it you’ll get all kinds of MS diet information. You can download the best pet diet on your Internet and then you don’t have to buy the book which I thought was super neat. I just went through and picked up which recipes I liked and printed them like they said the MS is a snowflake disease so everyone’s different and the effects it has on you is different. There are some things we have in common but we’re all different. If you have any questions there’s the MS navigators you can contact on the phone. They’re free. They’re helpful. There’s also MS support groups. There’s lots of MS info on Instagram and YouTube and Facebook and of course your here. You found this right 🙃 I’m wishing you help and hope. 💝

I concur with mondaygirl22. I would add: alpha lipoic acid for nerve pain. I take 600 mg 2x day and was able to migrate off of gabapentin with no side affects. There are a bunch of different ms diets. My recommendation is to google search anti inflammatory foods for ms. Find food on the list that you like to eat which may help you stick with clean eating. Lastly exercise and mindfulness relaxation. Do want your able.. I wish you all the best on your ms journey.
