The absolute most embarrassing symptom of ms is shitting myself
How many other people deal with this I'm 34 and while peeing myself is a little more liveable, I've shit myself more in the last couple months than I care to admit. It's the most embarrassing thing to happen to any grown ass woman or adult in general that isn't 80 or whatever imo. Help me feel not so alone in this😭
You are most definitely not alone in this it's only happened to me twice but that is 100% 2 times to many... I feel your pain 🫣🫣
You are not alone. If it's happening a lot, or because you can't feel your bowels, it could be an exasperation (relapse). Learn where bathrooms are in any store you go to or try to go before you leave. I'm 46 and on some pain meds for cronic pain which leaves me constipated. Just try and adjust right now as much as possible but contact your neurologist if it's becoming too much of an issue. Good luck, and know you for sure are not alone.
