Tai Chi thoughts and ideas please.
I have been wondering if Tai Chi might be a suitable exercise for me?
My mobility is okish, although walking is not great at all, due to weakness in my left leg.
Due to living in a very rural area, attending classes is unfortunately not possible.
Could anyone please share their experiences of Tai Chi and point me the direction of any suitable YouTube etc classes? The online classes I have found so far were mostly suitable for able-bodied people.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
