Baclofen
Warning to baclofen users. I ran out of my medicine for more than two weeks before I received a new prescription from my Doc. I have been noticing an increase of spams and they are more severe. Apparently when you suddenly stop taking it the body can go through withdrawal and increase muscle spasms. So my advice is don’t run out and don’t stop taking on your own Consult your doctor.
I have sent a message to my neurologist for guidance.
I have baclofen and I did notice that at one point my spasms were harsh..I read up on it and baclofen is one of them drugs you can't just quit because your body becomes dependent on it ..but i did and regained strength energy all feeling returned in my hands and arms and no more tingling ..I wasn't trying to become dependent so I did what made me feel better and I was still having attacks and spasms taking it so I didnt see where it was working
