MS relapse confusion

Hi, I am new here. I got diagnosed November 2022 and am on Kesimpta. I have been diagnosed with RRMS and have several symptoms but cannot pinpoint a time in my life where I feel like I have been in a relapse. While I have lots of symptoms, I cannot describe a period in my life where I felt I had a sudden symptom come on and last for 24 hours plus. Whenever I tell my ms nurses I think I may be going through a relapse, they tell me it is unlikely as I am on kesimpta. I am frustrated as I do not know what a relapse feels like although I must have gone through them before as I have several lesions? Is anyone else in the same boat?

Hi I'm the same! I'm still trying to get my head around it all! I have several lesions on brain and spine and more on recent scan!

@Rachel1990 it’s so frustrating when you know your deteriorating when no relapse that can be pinpointed. Have you explored trying a high efficacy DMT?
